The latest ACORN video has been released and this time it's from sunny San Diego, CA. There, an ACORN worker by the name of Juan Carlos gives advice on how to smuggle underage girls over the border, brags about his contacts in Tijuana and with the local police and prosecutor's office. At one point, he even asks the woman playing a prostitute, Ms. Hannah Giles, how much she charges for a weekend.
